At Purrr Prints we’re all about making you and your furry friends smile with purr-fectly crafted items.

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it, and contact us immediately if there are any issues. 

Contact us at support@purrrprints.store within 30 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a description of the issue, so we can evaluate and make it right.

If your item is damaged, defective or misprinted, please also send a photograph.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

🔶 Items must be in the same condition as received

🔶 Must be unworn or unused, with tags and in it's original packaging

🔶 You must have proof of purchase

🔶 Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

 

No refunds will be issued after 30 days from receipt of order.
